Cancellation Policy

Before Course Access: If you wish to cancel your enrollment before accessing any course materials, you may do so by contacting our support team within 48 hours of purchase. A full refund will be issued in this case.

After Course Access: Once you have accessed course materials, cancellations are not permitted. Accessing course content is defined as logging into the course platform or downloading any course materials.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are only available if you have not accessed any course materials. If you have accessed the course, no refund will be provided.

Refund Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of your purchase. Provide your full name, email address used for enrollment, and the course name.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Who Does Not Qualify for a Refund

  • Please confirm with your probation officer, court, or supervising authority that the course you are purchasing meets your requirements before making a purchase.
  • If you purchase the wrong course, you may be eligible for a course exchange or a partial refund of up to 30% of the purchase price. Full refunds will not be provided in such cases.
  • Refund requests based on course non-approval must be supported by valid documentation from the court or supervising authority. If valid proof of non-approval is not provided, no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will not be granted for purchases made in error when the correct course information was available prior to enrolment.

Exceptional Circumstances

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, please contact our support team. We will work to resolve the issue or provide alternative solutions.

Legal Requirements: In cases where course completion is mandated by a court or legal entity, and you are unable to complete the course due to unforeseen circumstances, please provide official documentation. Refunds or extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
